 Admission Process

Admission to the College is made in class VIII for the Flying Branch of PAF according to the conditions given below:

Eligibility Criteria

• Age: The candidate must be over 11.5 years and under 13.5 years of age on 1st January 2025. No relaxation, whatsoever, in the age limit is permitted.
• Qualification: During selection, the candidate must have passed Class VII by the time of admission (April 2025). Candidates of Cambridge System are also eligible to apply.
• Citizenship: Candidate must be a male citizen of Pakistan or Azad Jammu & Kashmir.

Selection Procedure

The selection process consists of the following three phases:

• Phase-I: E-Testing / Initial Medical / Initial Interview
• Phase-II: Final Interview
• Phase-III:Final Medical

Phase-I : E-Testing / Initial Medical / Initial Interview

The eligible Candidates are required to appear for computer-based intelligence test. Only those candidates who qualify intelligence will appear in MCQs based academic test in the following Subjects through E-Testing: Mathematics, General Science, English and Urdu, followed by initial medical and interview at respective PAF Information and Selection Centre.

 Intelligence Test

Candidates are required to appear for intelligence test. This determines the IQ of a candidate.

 Initial Medical

Candidates qualifying the Intelligence test are required to appear for initial medical. This test takes place at PAF Information and Selection Centers observing the basic medical standards for Flying Branch of Pakistan Air Force.

 

Initial Interview

After initial medical candidates are required to appear for initial interview that will also held at PAF I&SCs.

Phase-II : Final Interview

Successful candidates in phase I are to appear for interview which will be conducted by an Interview Board.

 Phase -III : Final Medical

Candidates selected in interview are called for the Final Medical Test at Islamabad, Sargodha / Lahore and Karachi.

 Selection from Final Merit List

Candidates who qualify the Final Medical are included in the merit list for the final selection. There is no provision of reserved seats or quota of any kind at this institution. The list of finally selected candidates is uploaded on the College Website. The call up letter along with joining instructions are sent to the successful candidates only. PAF College Sargodha Fee Structure

• PAF College provides free messing, free Medical, free Uniform and free Textbooks.
• Parents of students are to pay PKR 4500/ month for supplementary welfare, pocket money, recreational programs and other student-related activities.
• The Fee is to be made on six monthly bases by a bank draft in favor of Principal PAF College, Sargodha.
• Scholarships are also available for deserving candidates to waive complete expenses.

 Joining PAF Academy Asghar Khan, Risalpur after FSc

 After FSc (First Division holders) only those students who qualify ISSB and are declared medically fit by CMB are eligible to join PAF Academy Asghar Khan, Risalpur. Since PAF invests substantial resources and money on the training of Pre-Cadets for five years, therefore, both chances of ISSB are to be taken by Pre-Cadets exclusively for this College. The statistical figures of last 24 years reveal that 74% of Pre-Cadets were admitted to PAF Academy Asghar Khan, Risalpur.
