The Medical University of Lodz is the largest public medical university in Poland. Its mission is focused on: - educating students in medicine, dentistry, pharmacy, nursing as well as in other medicine-related disciplines - educating research staff (PhD programs) conducting research and scientific activity developing postgraduate programs offer. Medical teaching in English was initiated in 2003/2004. Presently about 850 foreign students from various countries attend 6-year MD (Medicine) and 5-year DMD (Dentistry) programs and over 890 have already graduated. The programs are taught entirely in English and are comprehensive enough to be accepted internationally.

Tuition Payment Plan:

1. Tuition fee for the 1st year paid in 2 installments.

2. Tuition fee for the years from 2 to 6 paid in 4 installments.Undergraduate / Bachelor Degree Level

· TUITION FEES for students starting in October 2023:

12 800 EUR for the1^styear
12 600 EUR/year for years from the 2^nd to the 6^th

· Preparatory Course (PREMED) taught in English is organized by the Medical University in Lodz for international students planning to apply for medical and dentistry programs in order to repeat and improve their knowledge required on the entrance exam. It also aims at making up the differences of candidates’ knowledge in the prerequisite subjects to help them in their first year of studies.

· Medical University of Lodz organizes the courses since 2013. Over 200 participants completed PREMED successfully. Many of them have already graduated MUL or are currently students of 5DMD or 6MD program. PREMED participants, coming from countries like Taiwan, Germany, Saudi Arabia, USA, Nigeria, India, Iran, Turkey, Canada, Malaysia, Pakistan, UK, Brazil, Iraq and more, create a truly international academic environment.

Nursing Program is designed for high school/secondary school graduates. It is a full time study program based on requirements which are obligatory for the Polish medical higher education institutions and is adequate to EU standards. The Medical University of Lodz offers a Nursing Course, which provides: contact with professional nursing staff; access to the best health care facilities and clinics; the opportunity of scientific development in students’ scientific circles;The Program lasts 3 years and focuses on teaching, scientific research, faculty development and healthcare.
